How do I shop?

On the top meny, choose your country, language and currency.
If you have an account, you log in to "My account", and if you are a new customer you create an account at checkout or buy without creating an account.
Select a category and a product that you are interested in. Enter your requests in detail (for example, size and length) and click "Add to basket".
At checkout you will see the products you have selected as well as the amount. Here you can also change quantity or remove products.
Fill in your information, choose how you want to pay and how the goods are to be shipped. You agree to our terms and conditions and proceed on "Place order".
Your order is now sent to us at the same time as a first confirmation of your order is sent to your email. Your order now has the status "Received".
When we have verified your order, we will send an order confirmation to your email. Check it, and should something not be correct, please notify us as soon as possible. If the order confirmation is ok then you do not need to do anything.
Now we pick and pack your order. Your order now has the status "Picking".
We book the transport. Your order now has the status "Completed".
When your order is shipped or ready to be picked up by you, it receives the status "Delivered", and a message is sent to your email. Your shipment can now be traced when you log in to "My account" or via the tracking link in the email.

Your order will be shipped the same day if you ordered no later than 11:00 on a working day Mon-Fri. Read more under "Shipment / Delivery".
At "My account" you log in and see the current order status (picked / delivered etc.), track your transport, change your customer information, add more users, see your prices, see previous orders and more.
At "Customer Service" you will find more information about payment methods, VAT, customs, terms, freight, complaints, returns etc.
