What do the different statuses of my order mean?
- Received - We have received your order and it is now checked by us. An order confirmation will soon be sent to your email address.
- Picking - Your order is picked and packed.
- Completed - Your order is now picked and packed, and the shipment to you is booked.
- Ready for pick up - Your order is now picked and packed, and ready to be picked up by you (only applies if you have chosen the "pick up in store" shipping method).
- Partially Delivered - Parts of your order are now sent. The transport company has retrieved your order and it is on its way to you. The delivery date for the remainder of your order is stated on the order confirmation you received to your email address.
- Delivered - Your order is now on the way to you. The transport company has retrieved your order and it is on its way to you.
- Back-ordered - The item is not in stock at the time of order, and your order will be given the status "Back-ordered". The item is delivered when it is back in stock. The delivery date for this item is stated on the order confirmation you received to your email address.
- Cancelled - Your order is cancelled and will not be delivered.
- Waiting for payment - We are waiting for your payment. The order will be sent as soon as the payment reaches our bank.
- Course booked - Your ordered course is now booked and you have received an order confirmation with all information to your e-mail address.
- Order completed - Final status of your order.
How do I trace my shipment?
Log in to "My account", under order history you will find your order, click on your order, when your order is sent and received the status "Delivered", you will find a link for tracking your shipment. Please note that it may take several hours for the carrier to update the shipping information after your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
When your order is sent you will receive a message to your email address.
How do I know when I can pick up my order?
When your order is ready to be picked up from us, you will receive a message about it to your e-mail address.
Why has my account disappeared?
If you have not made a purchase or have not logged into your account for the last 36 months, your account will be automatically deleted. All information about you as a customer and your orders will then be completely lost.

How do I know if my course is booked?
When your course booking is included in our booking system, you will receive a message with all information to your e-mail address.
What time does my course begin?
All courses normally start at 8:30 am unless otherwise agreed.
Is lunch and coffee included in the course?
All full-day courses include both lunch in a restaurant and coffee, and half-day courses include coffee.
Do I get a certificate after completing the course?
Everyone who has completed a course with approved results will receive a certificate with their photo, name, social security number, validity period and course type printed on a plastic card.
Can you add my course on my ID06 card?
Upon presentation of an approved ID, we can register several of our courses on your ID06 card.
Can you add previously completed courses on my ID06 card?
Upon presentation of an approved ID, we can post-register several of our courses on your ID06 card.
When does my certificate expire?
The expiry date is stated on your certificate.
I lost my certificate, how do I do?
No problem, we have all certificates stored in our database, and for a fee we can print a new one.
How do I cancel a course?
The easiest way is to send an e-mail to email@example.com. You can of course also call us on 08-500 277 00. Fees may be added in case of cancellation, see Terms and Conditions.
