Companies shall examine the product after delivery and make a complaint within 14 days in the event of any defects. Defects which appear thereafter may only be returned within the warranty period. Approved complaints will be replaced with a new product or repaid in full.
When returning or exchange of stocked product, only the return shipping cost will be charged. When exchange of stocked product, you only pay the difference between the more expensive product and shipping cost. For return or exchange for non-stocked product, please contact us.

If you're making a complaint, please try to describe as detailed as possible what's wrong/defect about the product.
If you're requesting an exchange, please let us know why you need to change (Wrong size, length, etc). And please let us know which product you wish to receive instead.
If you want to return a product, we would love to know the cause, if it's anything with the products function, etc.
Once we checked and approved your complaint/exchange or return we will send you a confirmation by e-mail together with return shipping labels (valid 14 days).
- Returns must arrive unused, in it's original box, in mint condition with all seals unbroken, complete with all accessories and manuals, etc.
- Always send the product(s) securely wrapped and packaged in order to not damage the original box or the product itself.
- For faster handling, please attach a copy of your invoice or receipt in the package.
Returns sent to us that has not been approved will not be accepted.
